Hampshire Charcuterie

We produce and sell Charcuterie and Fresh Meat, and are proud members of Hampshire Charcuterie.

 

 

Charcuterie

All our products are produced using Hampshire-reared meat from the farm. We are small scale producers, every stage of the production is completed slowly and with the utmost care. We produce charcuterie and air-dried meat of excellent quality with superb flavour to be enjoyed at home or can be found in some local restaurants and pubs - read more about our range here.

We source products locally where appropriate, beer from Upham Brewery in Hampshire, Twisted Nose Gin from Winchester, and spice mixes from Anna Valley Chillies. We use natural skins and most products are gluten free.

All products can be sent by post. On receipt, remove from the plastic bag and either hang by the string in a cool airy place or refrigerate wrapped in paper.

Merguez

Merguez is a salami based on the North African sausage, consisting of lamb and beef with a blend of chili, paprika, fennel and cumin seeds to give a balance of flavour and heat.
