Do you like GIN or BEER?

Make your own Watercress & Gin salami using Twisted Nose gin & Snacking salami with Beer & Thyme, the beer from Betteridges Brewery.

And then more GIN is used to cure some air dried pork!

As part of Hampshire Food Festival Parsonage Farm have a Special Hampshire Charcuterie Workshop on July 9th 10-4pm with a focus on Hampshire food and drink.

From the coffee and cake you are greeted with, through the lunch of cheese, meats, breads and chutneys to the seasonings used to flavour the products you make it's all about Hampshire!

A morning of hands-on pork butchery is followed by a farmhouse lunch and maybe a tot of Hampshire's finest beer's and cider or maybe even gin! (no overindulgence as there's work to be done later!).

The afternoon is all about the cure, using The Watercress company's watercress, Twisted Nose Gin and Betteridges Brewery Private Sector beer to make air dried meat salami and bacon - all of which you get to keep and share with friends.

Places are very limited so early booking is best - £155 per person.
